Recipient privacy
ONE365 never publicly discloses the identity of any individual or family who receives assistance. Impact stories are published anonymously and stripped of identifying detail, unless a recipient provides explicit written permission.
Information we collect
For members we collect first name, last name, email address and mobile number, along with membership and donation records. Optional dedication text (“in honor of” / “in memory of”) is collected only when you provide it.
How we use it
To process your recurring gift, issue receipts and annual tax documentation, and send impact updates. We do not sell donor information.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
